Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Waitlist: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), industry, US state, revenue band (optional), current accounting spend (optional), preferred language, visit origin parameters (UTM), and consent record (version and date).

For security and abuse prevention: a cryptographic hash of your IP address (we do not store plain IPs) and your browser's user agent, retained for a limited period.

2. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to: (i) manage your waitlist position; (ii) send launch communications; (iii) understand demand (aggregate statistics); (iv) prevent form fraud and abuse.

Legal basis: consent (LGPD art. 7(I); GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) for communications; legitimate interest for security and aggregate metrics.

3. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share only with processors strictly necessary to operate the site: Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection) and our transactional email provider — all under data processing agreements.

4. Retention and deletion

Waitlist data is retained until product launch and for at most 12 months after, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

To exercise access, correction, portability, or deletion rights (LGPD art. 18; GDPR arts. 15–22), write to contato@dsj.capital. We respond within 15 days.

5. Security

All traffic encrypted (TLS), data encrypted at rest by our infrastructure, role-restricted access, and audit logging. No credit card data is collected at this stage.
